DR. GREGORY ALLEN
 Dr. Gregory Allen, Medical Director of Deseret A & L Institute, has been with Deseret Family Medicine for a year. His medical education began at the University of Autonoma of Guadalajara where he earned his Doctorate of Medicine. From there he completed an internship at New York Medical College and his residency in Family Practice at Broadlawns Hospital in Des Moines, IA. It was during his residency, where he focused on skin surgeries and training with CO2 lasers, that he developed a special interest in skin care. He has continued to educate himself in this field and has receive additional extensive training on all skin care procedures. Dr. Allen's warm, enthusiastic personality combined with his professional knowledge of the field leaves his patients feeling well cared for. He and his wife, Tera, live with their four children in Gilbert, AZ.
MOLLY NELSON
 Molly Nelson, a licensed Aesthetician, completed her training at South West Institute of Natural Aesthetics. She has been working as an Aesthetician for three years and has been with Deseret A & L since it's beginning. Molly has received extensive training in skincare, body contouring and chemical peels. She is passionate about helping people who struggle with acne and has researched treatments and products that can improve or prevent acne breakouts. Molly's sincere kindness and desire to help others, along with her in-depth knowledge, is a perfect fit for the field in which she works. She lives with her husband and two sons in Queen Creek, AZ.
BRITTANY DODD
 Brittany Dodd is licensed as both a laser technician and a cosmotologist. She received her laser training at IMAJ Laser Institute in Scottsdale, AZ and has been working as a laser technician for the past two years. She has received advanced training in laser hair removal, photofacial skincare and chemical peels. Brittany has a passionate desire to help others feel better about themselves and has both the skill and natural ability which makes her successful in her field. She and her husband live in Mesa, AZ with their two dogs.
