Dr. Gregory S. Allen is the Medical Director of Deseret Aesthetic & Lifestyle Institute, Family Practitioner for Deseret Family Medicine, and President of Shun the Sun foundation. He received his Medical Degree at the University of Autonoma of Guadalajara . He then completed an internship at New York Medical College and a residency in family practice at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines , IA. At his state-of-the art Med Spa, Dr. Allen, specializes in skin cancer prevention and awareness, skin rejuvenation, anti-aging, and injectables.

He recently began an FDA research project for treating hypertrophic scars, and participated in the FDA approval process of a new fractional CO2 laser. He was voted Top Doctor of 2009 for the Phoenix Health and Wellness Magazine. Dr. Allen has been aired on AZ channel 3 news, channel 10 news, and channel 15 news, teaching the community about the dangers of sun exposure and skin cancer.

Dr. Allen founded Shun the Sun skin cancer run, which is a half marathon focused on raising awareness for this growing epidemic. Dr Allen also has been a lecturer at the AMMG and has been featured in the Healthy Aging magazine. Dr. Allen is happily married and is a proud parent of five adorable kids.

Molly is Deseret Aesthetic & Lifestyle Institute’s General Manager. She has been with the company since it’s inception in 2008 and continues to lead her team with enthusiasm and direction. She is a licensed Aesthetician who completed her training at South West Institute of Natural Aesthetics and a Laser Technician who received her training from Advanced Laser Training Institute.

Molly has received extensive training in skincare, body contouring and chemical peels. Her sincere kindness and desire to help others, along with her in-depth knowledge, is a perfect fit for the field in which she works. She lives with her two sons in Gilbert.

Brittany Dodd is licensed as both a Laser Technician and a Cosmetologist. She received her laser training at IMAJ Laser Institute in Scottsdale, AZ and has been working as a laser technician for the past 5 1/2 years.

Brittany has been with Deseret Aesthetic & Lifestyle Institute for over 3 years and enjoys working in such a professional environment. Brittany is our Treatment Coordinator and works closely with Dr. Allen to ensure a treatment plan that is right for each patient and their skin type.  She has received advanced training in Laser Hair Removal, Photofacial, Whisper laser peel, Obagi blue peel, Vein Removal, skincare and chemical peels.

Brittany has a passionate desire to help others feel better about themselves and has both the skill and natural ability which makes her successful in her field. She and her husband live in Mesa with their daughter.

Marie Piantino's 25 years of experience includes President MS Skintechnical / Director of the Medical Division of Nouveau Contour Permanent Make Up Company. Her vast knowledge and experience has allowed her to be published in and is on the advisory board of Healthy Aging magazine. She has lectured at some of the world most sought after events such as the A4M and is on the board of AMMG Medical Conference. She is recognized as one of the best educators whether she is educating the physician, nurse, aesthetician, or patient. Marie specializes in Permanent Make Up and Anti-Aging procedures and products.

Angie Schafer is a licensed Aesthetician who is also certified in PCA chemicals peels and mineral enhanced body wraps. She received her education at Kohler Academy in Scottsdale, AZ.

Due to her passion for skin and skincare products she takes advanced educational classes throughout the year. She has advanced training in chemical peels, lipotron, body wraps, microcurrent, microdermabrasion, jet peels, dermaplaning, customized facials, and waxing.

Angie is originally from North St Paul, Minnesota. She chose to move to Arizona to pursue her career in Aesthetics.
